Senior Financial Advisor

We are seeking an individual or team with an existing book of business and desire to serve more of his/her/their clients’ needs with a holistic planning approach.

Our planning department helps create comprehensive plans that are effective road maps and tools to ensure a long-term relationship with clients.

Resources include investment research staff, plan design professionals, corporate retirement plans expertise, client communication content providers and compliance and operations talent.

Financial Planner

We are seeking an experienced financial planner who will collaborate on investment portfolio design, income tax consulting, retirement analysis, qualified retirements plan design, risk management, estate planning, education funding and small business planning. This individual will review financial plan designs and make recommendations.

Ideal candidates will have five to eight years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance, financial planning, economics or accounting. Master’s degree and related certifications are a plus. Series 7, Series 66 and CFP designation are preferred.

Registered Client Service Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a registered client service associate. This person will serve as a key member of team and as the initial point of contact for clients to identify, research and resolve their problems. A key attribute of the administrator role is to understand and drive the global planning process, not only the task at hand.

Job duties include:

Ideal candidates speak English and Spanish and have two to four years of experience in a financial services or banking environment. A bachelor’s degree and valid Series 7 license are required.

Client Service Associate

We are seeking service-minded individuals who can provide proactive support to financial advisors and assist with efficient, quality client service. Client service associates serve key members of the Provenance Wealth Advisors’ team and initial points of contact for clients to identify, research and resolve their problems.
